Human Resources Group
The BNC Human Resources Group is designed for practitioners in human resources and related fields, including managers, recruiters, consultants, coaches, and jobseekers. It supports members' professional growth by:
- Providing a forum to discuss new and "best" practices in human resources, and
- Facilitating opportunities to meet new people and build closer, mutually beneficial relationships.
Programs are designed to address topics of current interest, and may feature outside industry experts and/or BNC members with specialized knowledge who volunteer to share their expertise with the group. Plus there is always time for meeting and greeting new and returning members, so closer ties are readily formed and more information is exchanged.

About the Group Leader
Marcy Jenkins is an executive coach, workshop leader, and management consultant with wide-ranging experience in public, private, and not for profit organizations facing leadership and marketing challenges. She currently works with private individuals in major career transitions and corporate executives and middle managers in sales, marketing, and general management roles, as the principal of BestFitStrategist.com.
In Chicago since 2007, she is excited to join the BNC leadership team and to work with the HR group planning future programs and networking opportunities. New to the HR group, she is eager to learn what participants want to build into 2010 events.
